At Aduanapp we continue evolving our tools to meet the real-world needs of customs brokers, importers, and exporters. This summer brings key updates to 3 of our solutions: Uni-Classifier, Merciology, and Classify MINI.
Here’s a detailed look at the new features designed to make your classification process even faster and more accessible.
Uni-Classifier V1.45
What’s New?
International Version
Users can now select “International” when choosing the version for classification. This option provides the tariff code up to 6 digits (Chapter, Heading, and Subheading) in a faster and simplified way.
Benefits:
✅ Aligned with the World Customs Organization (WCO) Harmonized System, ensuring a high degree of accuracy.
✅ Works for over 200 countries operating under the Harmonized System (7th Amendment).
✅ Offers a more intuitive experience compared to other international tools, such as the WCO’s HS Browse & Check.

New “Simplify Question” Button
We know technical classifications can be complex, especially for users with limited customs experience. That’s why Uni-Classifier now includes a button to simplify each question.
This feature translates technical terms into clearer, more accessible language, making the process easier for everyone, even when classifying complex products like chemicals, metals, or specialized equipment.

Merceology V1.25
Merceology, our tool that allows you to request product details directly from your suppliers or clients when data is missing, now also integrates the “Simplify Question” feature.
This helps external collaborators better understand what information is required, reducing errors and accelerating the process, even if they’re not customs experts.
Aduanapp Classify Mini Update
The free version of our platform, Aduanapp Classify Mini, evolves to offer broader international coverage while keeping it completely free.
What’s Changed?
Mini now focuses on 6-digit international classifications, allowing you to classify products for over 200 countries under WCO standards.
Country-specific versions for Mexico (NICO) and the United States (HTS) are now exclusive to Aduanapp Classify PRO users, providing a higher level of detail.
What stays the same:
✅ Mini remains a free and effective tool for quickly obtaining the international tariff code.
✅ It now also includes the “Simplify Question” feature, making the classification process even easier.
