From July 15 to 18, we had the opportunity to participate in the 85th National Customs Brokers Congress in Mexico City, where we shared how artificial intelligence is transforming customs operations in Mexico.
Our presence at this event was as strategic partners of CAAAREM IA, the technological transformation initiative led by CAAAREMTI, the technical body of CAAAREM. This initiative aims to integrate AI-driven solutions that modernize and strengthen customs operations across the country.
Our role as strategic partners
At Aduanapp, we develop technology solutions designed to:
✅ Operate with greater precision
✅ Ensure compliance with customs regulations
✅ Prevent costly errors
These solutions are part of CODIA, a new AI-powered tool ecosystem that will be officially launched soon.
Congress Highlights
Workshop: “Co-Pilot for Customs”
👥 With Jessica Isselin (Compliance Director), Uziel Pérez (CTO), and Yannick Ríos (CPO)
In this hybrid session —attended by over 380 participants— we demonstrated how AI tools can support customs agencies in optimizing operations, avoiding penalties due to misclassification, and working with greater confidence. We also introduced CODIA and the Operation Price Estimator, part of the Aduanapp Hub ecosystem.

Panel: “Artificial Intelligence as a Tool for Prevention, Risk Analysis, and Auditing”
👤 Featuring Julio Cantú, CEO of Aduanapp
In his talk, Julio highlighted AI’s potential to automate tasks, minimize errors in tariff classification, and reduce costs associated with delays or unnecessary storage. He also explained how Aduanapp is already being integrated into foreign trade operations and more recently into CAAAREMTI’s digital platforms.
“Our tool doesn’t replace the customs broker, it offers instant suggestions, but the final decision always belongs to them.”

It was an honor to attend this event alongside our full team and in partnership with CAAAREMTI, contributing to the ongoing dialogue on the future of foreign trade in Mexico.
We thank CAAAREM for creating spaces that promote innovation and collaboration.
At Aduanapp, we remain committed to simplifying customs compliance with clear, accessible, and accurate technology.
